Rahul
Soni.

I build AI and automation that save businesses thousands of hours and serious money.

Something new, a better version of what you already run, or the awkward thing in between. I take it from messy brief to shipped product to the team that runs it, and what comes back holds up in production, not just in a demo. The less defined it is, the more I'm in my element.

01 / The workShipped, in production, in daily use

Multiple enterprise products. Owned end to end — problem to product.

Three of them, not the full list. Each started as an expensive manual process everyone had learned to live with. Each now runs in production, every day, without me in the room.

01 Enterprise · Shipped

AI contract-intelligence platform

Finds the clauses that matter and flags the risk across tens of thousands of documents. Review work that used to be done by hand. Saving six figures ($) in costs in its first months.

02 Enterprise · Flagship

Document-extraction platform

Turns the messiest documents into clean, structured data. 97–98% accuracy where the legacy system managed about 60%. Multi-tenant, and live.

03 Enterprise · Founder build

Multi-language media platform

Social-media management across platforms and languages, with real media processing at its core: transcription, translation, voice dubbing. My own venture. And more in build.

Trusted when it gets complicated

Executives trust my judgment on what to build — not only my ability to build it.

When work gets complicated or undefined, it tends to land on my desk. Clients have handed me whole deliveries, not just code.

I'm brought in as a technical lead and senior architect.I've led teams, worked inside them, and shipped alone.

02 / The instinctWhat I build when no one's asking

When the tool didn't exist, I built it.

Yantra, my own AI development environment, and Stenograph, a private knowledge engine: production-grade software I built because I wanted it to exist.

This is infrastructure companies fund whole teams to attempt. I built it alone, on my own time, and I work inside it every day.

Backed to build
AWSMicrosoftNVIDIAGoogleAssemblyAI

More than $350,000 in credits, compute, and tooling across a dozen-plus startup programs: AWS, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Google, AssemblyAI, and more. Add well into six figures ($) of my own capital and it approaches half a million over the past few years. None of it is raised investment. Company after company looked at the work and chose to back it.

03 / The trajectoryZero to here, in the short version

No degree, no team, no head start. Just the curve.

2019
Taught myself to code from a non-technical background.
No bootcamp, no safety net. I learned the only way that sticks: building real things for real people, and being judged on whether they worked.
Soon after
Scaled to a $100–200/hour rate and $15K+ months.
Delivering for international clients, who kept handing me harder work, then the delivery itself.
Founder
Built and ran my own startup. Spent my own capital.
I learned what a P&L feels like from the inside. And in my own ventures I don't work alone; I build the team and lead it.
Compounding
25,000+ hours of continuous work since 2019, still compounding.
Not classroom hours. Shipped projects, paid work, and relentless leveling across new domains and tools, year after year.
Now
Shipping enterprise-grade AI that's chased by multi-million-dollar deals.
Systems people rely on every day, not prototypes that demo well and break in the wild.
04 / The proofIn other people's words

The people who've worked with me, unprompted.

When we need something done very quickly and at high quality, he's one of the people we always go to.

Awesome skills, very fast delivery, and very friendly. I'll hire him again and again.

You did an exceptional job — high-quality work both on the frontend you built from scratch and the backend you took over, quickly grasped, refactored, and extended. We'll definitely be working with you again.

Rahul helped us out immensely — readily available and very responsive. We worked with him for about six months building out our front- and back-end services, going from essentially nothing to an MVP ready for launch. Highly recommend.

Candid, same project —“He's very smart — certainly give him tasks.” “I love this guy.”
Where I fit

I'm who you bring in when something important needs to get built and there's no time to assemble a team around it.

I move fast.I own it end to end and lead the team that scales it.I ship things that pay for themselves.

The track record isn't a promise. It's already on the board.

06 /  The next conversation

Let's talk.

If there's expensive manual work in your business, or an idea that needs building, the fastest way to find out whether I can help is to put it in front of me. No deck, no dance. Describe what's stuck and I'll tell you straight if I'm the right person for it.
